
OFFICE MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE
THE WALDORF INSTITUTE OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (WISC)
is searching for an office manager – an energetic, warm-hearted, flexible person with a sense of humor who cares about Waldorf education and who loves to create and maintain order! This individual will coordinate with our co-directors and handle the various daily office tasks of our expanding teacher education program, including but not limited to, the following:
Respond to telephone inquiries
Create & maintain student files for LA & San Diego programs – both computer and paper - including attendance, financial records, transcripts
Create & maintain faculty files and course data for LA & SD.
Coordinate advertising
Produce schedules and flyers.
Prepare payroll information for bookkeeper
Monitor the website
Work Monday-Friday, thirty hours a week, occasionally a Saturday instead of a weekday, in our office at the Highland Hall office building at 17100 Superior Street, Northridge, CA 91325.
